Located in Leeds, Sky Gardens is a 34-storey building with 284 high specification apartments. The fit-out design and build was over a 79 week duration required exceptional safety and reliability, and this is where Hispec stepped in.

exceptional reliability, simple installation, and full alignment with current safety regulations which are
