As a result of COVID-19 disruptions, Hispec have had several successful ZOOM video calls demonstrating new products and offering in-depth product training with a variety of customers & clients.
This has allowed for our external sales staff to keep customers up to date with product developments, upcoming projects and all things Hispec!
With this new online facility, we are able to host digital conferences with numerous clients whilst still maintaining a friendly, face to face approach.
Another benefit to this form of communication is that we have an additional, mobile camera that can be utilised when demonstrating the intricacies of a product. Recently, we have been in discussions with a housing association who wanted to gain a clearer understanding of how our fast fix bases operate on a smoke detector. With the additional camera we were able to effectively describe the wiring capabilities and spacing available in the base.
